MYSORE: The Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy in association with Tulu, Kodava and Urdu Sahitya Academies is organising “Samskrutika Sangama”, a convergence of four important cultures, in Mysore on Sunday.
According to chairman of Konkani Sahitya Academy Eric Ozorio, the programme will be inaugurated by director of Rangayana Chidambara Rao Jambe and chairmen of Tulu, Kodava and Urdu Sahitya Academies, Sitarama Kulal, Dotty Poovaiah and Meem Noon Sayeed, respectively. Cultural events such as multi-lingual poets’ meet, folk songs of the four languages, dances and short plays will be held.
Presentations
Experts in the four languages will present papers on important topics.
