Deputy Commissioner P.C. Jaffer on Friday flagged off the publicity vehicle for Bidar Utsav here. The vehicle will travel across the five taluks and create public awareness about the event. A team of 12 folk artists, led by Vijay Kumar Sonare, will visit villages in the district. The vehicle will to return to Bidar on January 30. — Special Correspondent
