Telephone adalat

To redress the grievances of telephone customers, the Principal General Manager, Bangalore Telecom District, will hold a Telephone Adalat in September. A release from the BSNL said that customers who had exhausted the usual channel for redressal of their grievances could appeal to the Adalat addressing their grievances to the Assistant General Manager (Administration), BGTD, 2 {+n} {+d} Floor, Telephone House, Raj Bhavan Road, Bangalore 560001 on or before August 27. All previous correspondence should be enclosed to the application and the cover should be super-scribed with “Adalat-September 2010”. The adalat date and venue would be intimated individually, the release added.
