Nearly 150 students from 21 colleges participate in ‘Mega Bytes’

Udupi: St. Aloysius College, Mangalore, bagged the overall championship at ‘Mega Bytes’ an intercollegiate competition organised by the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial (MGM) College here on Monday.

The SDM College of Business Management, Mangalore, was the runner-up in the competition. Nearly 150 students from 21 colleges participated in the competition. The results of the other competitions of the event are:

Bluff Master (Pseudo Launcher): Aparna, Ashwini and Fahad of St. Aloysius College (first place); Amita B.K., Paritha, Shahala and Prashanth Baliga of Canara College, Mangalore (second place).

Cyber Quest: Jason D’Souza and Alwyn Lobo of St. Aloysius College (first); Abhijna and Mangala of SDM College of Business Management, Mangalore (second).

Crack ‘n’ Morph: Riyaz of SDM College, Ujire (first); Fahad of St. Aloysius College (second).

Tremor Task: Akhtar Hussain and Roshan Sequeira of Madhav Pai Memorial College, Manipal (first); Srivatsa G.V. and Deepa of Srinivasa College, Mangalore (second).

Turning Test: Vijaykumar of Vijaya College, Mulki (first); Ayeman of P.A. First Grade College, Bantwal (second).

Dare Devils: Ashwini of Bhandarkars’ Arts and Science College, Kundapur, wins the first prize.
