Woman done to death

HYDERABAD: A 20-year-old youngster allegedly stabbed his sister-in-law to death holding her responsible for his brother's addiction to liquor, at Panjagutta on Monday.

A resident of Premnagar, Rani, 35, went to Panjagutta police station to lodge a complaint about her missing husband, Qurram, 40. On being asked for some photographs of Qurram, she returned home with along with a constable, Omar.

Qurram's brother, Moazzam, 20, followed her and stabbed her to death with a knife even as the constable waited outside. He later surrendered himself before the police claiming that he had done the right thing. They got married five years ago and had a son. But, of late Quarram had allegedly developed differences with her.
