Property of Krushi Bank chairman auctioned

HYDERABAD: The State Crime Investigation Department on Saturday auctioned three floors of GS Chambers, Punjagutta, belonging to theKrushi Bank chairman, K. Venkateswara Rao, at Nampally Criminal Courts Complex.

According to a press release, 13 bidders participated in the auction that fetched Rs.2.97 crores. The auction commenced from 10.30 a.m. and concluded at 4 p.m.

The highest bidder was Sriram Chekuri of Srinagar Colony. The auction was conducted under the supervision of Metropolitan Sessions Judge.
