Many SC, ST students attend counselling

HYDERABAD: As many as 1,700 candidates from Scheduled Castes and 3,500 students form the Scheduled Tribes attended the fourth day of the counselling session at Koti Women's College for the courses of bio-chemistry, forensic science, bio-technology, genetics, microbiology and environmental science, said Pratap Reddy, Director of Joint Admissions, Osmania University.

Counselling for these students and for students of nutrition and dietetics was completed.

Counselling was also held for all BC students and ST boys for the courses of M.Com, M.Com (Information systems), P.G. Diploma in e-commerce and taxation.

Today's session

Counselling for SC boys and girls and the ST girls, along with counselling for open category students for the courses of Maths and statistics will be held on Wednesday.
