‘Pebbles' exhibition gets under way

Painting contest to be held for students on concluding day

Dove Multimedia is organising an exhibition-cum-sale of its entire range of educational CDs and VCDs at Masonic temple, near RTC Complex here. The exhibition that was inaugurated by AIM Concept School director K. Anand on Wednesday will be held till August 15.

G.K. Anand, all-India event manager and M. Tulasi Rao, manager (marketing) said the company that produced interactive CDs under brand name “Pebbles” offers special discount to students. The CDs and DVDs with 2D and 3D animations, visuals, conceptual figures and live demonstrations make learning an interesting process for students to supplement their class room lessons.

The CDs and DVDs have various topics of interest like nursery rhymes, moral stories, educational activities, words and numbers puzzles, intensive programmed to learn and speak foreign languages such as French, German, Japanese, Chinese, IIT foundation syllabus for class VI to X, health care, encyclopaedia, arts and crafts and many more topics of interest to students.

Mr. Anand said painting competition for school children would be conducted on the concluding day.

There is no entry fee but interested participants must register their names in advance. Alliance Club governor P. Santhamma and Sri Balaji Textiles Market president P.V. Rama Rao and others were present at the inaugural function.
