Hindi Fortnight concludes

Call to use Raj Bhasha in day-to-day official work

VISAKHAPATNAM: The Hindi Fortnight celebrations concluded at the HPCL Visakh Refinery in a grand manner on Thursday.

In charge General Manager of the refinery, A.S. Rao, who was the chief guest, called for taking the responsibility of using the Raj Bhasha Hindi in day-to-day official work.

He gave away prizes to winners of various competitions on the occasion. Senior Hindi Officer T. Mahadeva Rao welcomed the gathering and presented the status report on the implementation of Hindi. General Manager (Operations) PAB Raju, and others attended. At the HPCL Visakha Terminal, senior Professor of Hindi Department in Andhra University K. Leelavathi was the chief guest. Chief Installation Manager of Visakh Refinery K.A. Reddy presided. Hindi Coordinator K. Venkata Rao welcomed the gathering. At the HPCL Visakha LPG Plant, the celebrations concluded with prize distribution to winners of various competitions.

Chief LPG Regional Office Manager P.S.R. Murthy was the chief guest. Senior Operations Officer and Hindi Coordinator Saha welcomed the gathering.

Hindi Fortnight celebrations of Airports Authority of India (AAI) concluded at Visakhapatnam airport on Thursday with the General Manager (Project) H.S. Suresh in the chair.

Head of the Hindi Department in Andhra University Mohd. Iqbal was the chief guest.
