BRAOU entrance test result declared

HYDERABAD, APRIL 24. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) has released the result of the entrance test for admission into its graduate courses here on Saturday.

A total of 59,967 candidates including 39,772 males and 20,195 females passed the exam. Among the successful candidates 17,860 belonged to the SC/ST category. All the 120 jail inmates who had appeared for the test from the Central prisons of Cherlapally, Warangal and Rajahmundry also passed. The marks memos along with admission application forms with prospectus will be sent to the successful candidates' residences soon. Such candidates will be given admission into the first year BA/B.Com for the academic year 2004-05.



The university will organise a live teleconferencing programme for BRAOU B.P.R students on `Mass communication and public relations' on Sunday through DD-8 channel from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The MANA TV teleconference through KU band will be held on Sunday from 10 a.m. for undergraduate third year zoology students; from 11.15 a.m. on `Business objectives and environment' for undergraduate second year commerce students and from 12.30 p.m. for B.LiSc students on maintenance of libraries.
