Thunderclouds likely

Likely development of thunderclouds in parts of the city with a maximum temperature of 38 degrees Celsius is the forecast for Sunday. The city on Saturday recorded a maximum temperature of 36.7 degrees Celsius, minimum temperature of 24.7 degrees Celsius, relative humidity of 36 per cent and rainfall nil.

Summer camp

A free summer camp for children of the Old City between the age group of 10 and 16 years is being organised by Ward 22 United Welfare Association in collaboration with Youth TRAC starting from April 25. Training in computers, karate, paintings, music, crafts, fabric painting, badminton, volleyball, football, etc., will be imparted at the City Model High School and Arya High School at Chaderghat everyday between 6 a.m. and 8.30 a.m. Interested persons can contact P. Blood donation

A blood donation camp is being organised by Prasanna Trust on the occasion of Swamy Sukhabodhananda's birthday at the Kennedy Vidya Bhavan High School, West Marredpally, Secunderabad, on Sunday at 6 p.m. A workshop on `Life' is also being conducted on May 1 and 2 from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Hotel Fortune Katriya on the Raj Bhavan road. Mock EAMCET

A mock EAMCET-2004 test will be conducted by the Students Federation of India (SFI) modelled on the new pattern designed by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) on May 1 under the supervision of academician, C. Ramaiah. Enrolment for the test can be done till April 27 and interested candidates should bring two passport size photographs and a fee of Rs. 30. Computer course for elders

The Literacy House, Andhra Mahila Sabha, is organising short-term computer training courses for senior citizens from April 28. The Literacy House secretary, Buddiga Subbarayan, in a release said that training will be offered at the Computer Literacy Centre of AMS in Telugu software and other computer courses. Those who register early will be given priority in choosing their schedule. Training will be from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and each batch will be trained for two hours.
