Two policemen held for creating nuisance in hotel

HYDERABAD: Two police constables were arrested by the Cyberabad Police on Friday night on the charge of creating nuisance in a hotel in an inebriated condition.

Constables – Bheemaiah and Srinivas – of Chandanagar police station had gone to Placid Hotel in Kondapur. After consuming liquor, they entered into an altercation with customers leading to mild tension. A patrol vehicle rushed to the spot on being informed by a customer. The policemen had gone to the hotel in mufti and were not on duty. A report had been submitted to higher officials, Madhapur SI J. Ramesh Kumar said.
