`Nagam has no right to make allegations against the Government advisor'

KARIMNAGAR: City Congress committee president Akarapu Bhaskar Reddy has flayed Telugu Desam Party Legislator Nagam Janardhan Reddy for making derogatory remarks against the Government advisor K.V.P. Ramachander Rao without any reason.

In a press note here on Thursday, Mr Bhaskar Reddy alleged the Telugu Desam legislator, who was involved in the swindling of rice worth crores of rupees meant for poor labourers under the `food-for-work' (FFW) scheme, had attained a dubious name of `Biyyam Reddy'.

He said that the Telugu Desam leader has no right to make allegations against the Government advisor, who is providing concrete suggestions to the Government for all-round development of the State. He warned the TDP leaders of serious action if they resort to mudslinging without any reason or just out of frustration.

Finding fault

He also found fault with Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu for unnecessarily dragging Mr Ramachander Rao into controversy on several issues for gaining political mileage.
