KADAPA: Member of Legislative Council P. Subba Reddy on Saturday demanded regularisation of 1,030 casual teachers who had been working for 20 years. Speaking to newsmen here he also asked the Government to grant 50 per cent concession in rail travel for teachers who were honoured with State and national awards and recognition of Post-Graduate Centre at Kurnool as a university.
