Colourful programmes mark the inaugural of school’s two-day function

VISAKHAPATNAM: A host of colourful programmes marked the beginning of two-day decennial celebrations -- ‘Paribhasha’ -- of Nalanda Talent School (NTS) on Saturday. The enthusiastic students of the primary wing performed on the first day of the programme. Deputy Commissioner of Police K.V.V. Gopal Rao, who was the chief guest for the occasion, appreciated the efforts of students and teachers of the school in organising the programme and stressed on the importance of extra-curricular activities. Chairman of the school and Vikas group Nagaprasad was present. NTS Deputy Director P. Pulla Rao read the annual report of the school and highlighted the achievements of the school students in various academic and extra-curricular activities.

The programme started with a prayer song followed by a well-coordinated classical dance performance. But it was the group of tiny tots of LKG and UKG who stole the hearts of the audience. The little ones gave a vibrant performance on the popular ‘Venga Boys’ and ‘Aqua’ song. They regaled the audience with their cute moves and innocent smiles.

The elated parents captured the special moments of their kids on videos and cameras.
