HYDERABAD: A meeting of the National Haj Committee will be held at Hyderabad on September 8 to deliberate various problems faced by those going on Haj pilgrimage to Mecca and other related issues. Talking to reporters here on Saturday after meeting Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy said the meeting would adopt resolutions requesting the Centre to enhance the annual subsidy towards the pilgrimage so that more people could go to the Holy place. —Special Correspondent
