TIRUMALA: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) on Friday, categorically stated that cottage donors who come to Tirumala in person alone, shall be given accomodation during the nine-day annual Brahmotsavams of Lord Venkateswara, scheduled to take off from September 15.
Relatives and friends who arrive with cottage donor letters shall not be entertained during the festival period.
The decision is being taken to enable the management allocate more accommodation to ordinary pilgrims.
Further, the donors were also requested to accept the decision in a broader vein and cooperate with the management.
