VISAKHAPATNAM: Post EAMCET, most students and parents go through a harrowing phase of uncertainty and confusion.

To make them aware of different courses and career opportunities, Imprint Educational Services conducted a workshop here on Saturday for the benefit of students who qualified the EAMCET – 2008.

Speaking about career opportunities in various fields, D. Nagarjuna of Imprint Educational Services said that many students felt disappointed if they didn’t get admission into engineering and medicine courses. But there was no need to panic because there were several other subjects that have tremendous career scope.

With health problems and lifestyle disorders on the rise, B.Sc. in nutrition is one of the most promising fields. After completion of the four-year course, one can work as a dietician. Ayurveda is also one of the areas of study that is gaining increasing importance.

He advised the students to utilise the time after their intermediate and EAMCET exams in a productive way. “Value addition is a crucial factor in getting off to a flying start in career.
