Experts clarify doubts of students
GUNTUR: With a view to invigorating the MBA students who came back from their internship, the Icfai National College, Guntur, conducted a management event named Offer-2007 (Orientation For Final Placement Resourcefulness).
The programme had twin objectives -- to give orientation to students about the opportunities in the job market and to make them resourceful to grab the opportunities.
The college centre head T. Sita Ramaiah inaugurated ‘Offer 2007’ culmination function exhorting students to develop all the needed skills to grab a premium job.
He said character building, confidence, communication skills and change readiness were the four important aspects every aspirant should be aware of and practising to be successful in their respective careers.
Objectives
Senior faculty member and placement coordinator at Icfai National College Ch. Hyma briefed the gathering about the objectives of the programme and various kinds of management games conducted as part of the competitions.
The college organised competitions in activities like panel discussion, group discussion, just three minutes, business plan, one act play.
