3 persons held at Shamshabad airport

HYDERABAD: Immigration officials on Saturday took into custody three persons hailing from Maharashtra when they allegedly tried to board an international flight using fabricated passports at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad.

The three youths were later handed over to the airport police for further investigation. While one of the arrested persons was from Mumbai city, the other two were residents of close-by villages, the police said. The RGIA police station SI Jayaraman said they were being questioned to ascertain facts.
