Watershed after Watergate

WASHINGTON: Thirty-one years after their Watergate reports, Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward, who were Washington Post correspondents, have struck gold by journalistic standards. They have sold to the University of Texas their original investigative papers for $ five millions. So far no living authors have received more from an academic institution. But the identity of "Deep Throat", the source who provided vital clues to the probe, will remain a secret, according to The Independent.
