Commission sources said that taking serious view of the report of murder of 19-year-old Shivkumari Devi on August 7 by goons allegedly hired by her father-in-law, the Commission has issued notice to the Defence Secretary and the Uttar Pradesh Director- General of Police directing them to produce a report on the incident before September 10.
