Income tax rates

Sir, - The Union Finance Minister reiterated that there would be no reduction in income tax rates in the next budget.

Even without cutting the income tax rates, he could still help the income tax payers by enhancing rebate u/s 88 to Rs. 80,000 whereby both the income tax payer and the government are benefited.
