BDA grievance redressal system

BANGALORE, MARCH 17. Any person with a grievance concerning the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) can simply all Ph: 155302 for its redressal.

The BDA has launched a comprehensive grievance management system through interactive voice response system to give complainants a hearing.

Individuals can call any of the four lines connected to 155302 and register their complaints. The complaint will be routed to the division concerned and action will be taken within a stipulated time.

The systems have an "escalation mechanism" and when the redressal is delayed, the complaint will be attended to at a higher level, a press release has said.
