Why not scholarships?

Sir, -- The private managements have to spend huge amounts from their own resources and so they have to structure the fees in relation to expenses. The managements of certain self-financing medical colleges are demanding their rights guaranteed by court verdicts in the matter of fees and seat allocation. Probably, they have chosen this course to mobilise enough money to establish an institution of repute. The Government can grant more scholarships to students to overcome the extra burden.
