Soul-empowerment session

Call for a noble cause.

Call for a noble cause.

ANYTHING GOOD has got to be a cumulative result of positive thinking. It, in fact, starts at the level of individuals.

Yes. This analogy is applicable even for rejuvenating the world, to usher in peace, tranquillity, brotherhood, universal thinking etc.

And the power of women, as the heads of families, in the real sense of the term, is much more. Of course, what actually required is a collective effort.

The seeds for such an effort were sown in the Temple City on Saturday by the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya.

The `get-together' on `the role of women in world rejuvenation', organised by the Rajayoga Education and Research Foundation, provided an ideal forum for women to deliberate on the ways of taking the resplendence of benevolence beyond the confines of the homes, to build a strong foundation for world peace.

Inculcation of traits such as patience and perseverance was advocated for achieving this end by Brahmakumari Meenakshi, the Joint Director of the Vidyalaya.

Her call to the assembled women was: "Awake ! Arise ! O' Women, realise the original image of `The Sakthi'. "

It was a special occasion of soul-empowerment, to enter into a new world of total peace and happiness.

The observation of Sukanya Jeganathan, correspondent of the Siddhu Matriculation School, was that women could rejuvenate the world from their homes, by just shedding selfishness and jealousy and by according good parental care.

The participants, indeed, went back to their homes with a broad mind.

For, they had learnt to identify the corollary between the happenings at home and the world.
