Israeli films come to town

ISRAELI CINEMA week will be celebrated in Chennai at the South Indian Film Chamber Theatre for three days from Friday.

`Besame Mucho,' a modern love story set in Tel Aviv, directed by Pitchadze Joseph with Beto Carmel playing the lead role, `The Investigation Must Go On' directed by Rozenbaum, `Clean Sweep' by David of Oded, `Desperado Square' by Torati Beni, `Giraffes' directed by Grad Tzahi and `Time of Favour', directed by Joseph Cedar will be screened.

On the first two days, the screenings begin at 6-15 p.m. and on Sunday, at 3-30 p.m.
