U.S. House votes for CAATSA sanctions waiver

The US House of Representatives has passed by voice vote a legislative amendment that approves waiver to India against the punitive CAATSA sanctions. The amendment, introduced by Indian-American Congressman Ro Khanna, aims at providing India protection over its purchase of S-400 missile defence system from Russia to deter aggressors like China.PTI
