Swraj Paul's son weds

London: In the unique setting of the London Zoo, Angad Paul, the youngest son of the NRI industrialist Lord Swraj Paul tied the knot with Michelle on Sunday night in the presence of some 300 family friends. Mr. Angad Paul (34), chief executive of the Caparo Group — founded by his father, and Michelle, a solicitor, got married according to Hindu and Jewish rites. Although only close relations and friends were invited to the wedding, some 300 guests were present and these included Sarah Brown, wife of the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Gordon Brown.A formal wedding reception is planned in New Delhi on October 25 and another in London later. The wedding was solemnised near the statue of Lord Paul's daughter Ambika, who died of leukaemia in 1968. Angad, who has also earned a name in the film industry, is the executive producer of "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels", "Snatch" and "School for Seduction". His forthcoming productions include "Rang De Basanti" with Bollywood star Aamir Khan.
