Schools... the cradle for building Leadership

A School is where an individual’s innate leadership qualities are first recognised and honed when he or she becomes a member of the reputed School Council. As a member, they get their first lesson in resource management, acting as a bridge between the students and the school management. It is here that they learn the art of organisation and also making the most of the limited resources.

This inculcates the values of leadership, commitment and responsibility in a student from a young age. Not only this, but students also get to develop their management skills.

All schools ensure that they include activities in the curriculum which encourage students to put in their best, and teaches them the value of participation. Choirs, musical bands and sports teams tap the vast potential in students, and transforms them into ideal citizens of a nation.
