Can I have the recipe of panipuri?



THE RECIPE is as follows: Make a dough of flour with ghee and water like one would do for a puri and cut them into smaller size (the size of a panipuri) and deep fry them. You would get some puris and some papdis when you fry these. Alternatively they can be bought from a super market . The puris then need to be pecked. It is then stuffed with a mixture of boiled potatoes, boiled kala chana, onion, chopped green chillies, finely chopped coriander and black salt. The water for the panipuris is to be made by mixing jaljeera powder, water, mint-green chilli paste and saunth ki chutney.
