Tofu baby corn


Tofu - 200g

Baby corn (small) - 10 to 12.

Shallots (small onions) - 30g

Garlic - 10 pods

Ginger - a small piece

Red Chilli paste - 1 � tsp

All in one stir-fry sauce - 1 tbsp

Salt - to taste

Oil - 30 ml


1. Wash Tofu and cut into thick strips. Quarter the baby corns lengthwise.

2. Slice shallots, garlic and ginger. Heat Oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, garlic and Red chilli paste.

3. Add quartered baby corn and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt.

4. Add tofu strips and stir fry sauce. Stir for few minutes. Add 50 ml of water and cook till dry. Correct seasoning.


In addition to baby corn, sliced capsicum, mushroom, par-boiled cauliflower, carrots, shelled cooked prawns, shredded half cooked chicken may be added.
