Subz Galawati Kebab


Carrot: 50g Beans: 50g Cauliflower: 25g Potato: 50g Onion: 25g G.Chilly: 10g Ginger: 10g Garlic: 10g Corriander: 10g Rajmah: 25g Garam Masala Powder: 10g Chaat Masala: 10g Oil: 15g.


Soak Rajmah overnight and cook them nice and soft. When cooked, mash them using the back of the ladle and mix chopped onions, coriander, a bit of chaat masala, garam masala and green chillies and keep them for the stuffing. Chop the vegetables. Heat the oil and add the chopped onions and cook till it is opaque and then add the cut vegetables. Mix masala powder, mashed potato and make them as you do for cutlets. Stuff Rajmah inside the vegetable mixture and flatten it. Grill over tawa or deep fry it. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
