For a better life

A three-day workshop on `Life', `Living in Freedom, an enquiry' which brings together Eastern spiritual wisdom and Western management tools organised by Prasanna Trust will be held at Family World from November 15 to 17.

GOOD INDIVIDUALS make good families, good organisations and good societies. This self-development and other maxims towards handling life wisely and powerfully form the essence of a three-day workshop `Life', `Living in freedom, an enquiry', that will be organised by Prasanna Trust, a non-profit non-governmental organisation engaged in various social service and transformation activities. The chief patron of the organisation is Swami Sukhabhodananda, the international spiritual and management master.

The workshop amalgamates the rich spiritual wisdom of the east and dynamic western management and psychology elements, having several public and private sector organisations such as BAAN, BSNL and NMDC participating in the earlier workshops.

Some of the key areas the workshop focuses on are, goal setting, time management, stress management, communication, handling relationships, regret and hurt. The methodology adopted includes pranayama, meditation, enquiry, interactions, games and processes.

The three-day workshop (November 15-17 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.) will be held at Family World (behind Hotel Ramada Manohar), Begumpet. For further information contact 3745302/3733227
