Clear soup

Can you give the recipe for vegetable and chicken clear soup?

FOR THE soups the ingredients are as follows: Vegetable stock - 180ml, (for chicken-180 ml chicken stock), carrot (sliced) - 2, Spinach (cut) -2 leaves, mushroom (sliced) - 2, Chinese cabbage -3 gms, salt to taste, ajinomoto - 2 gms, white pepper powder to season, light soya sauce - 2 drops.

Method: Take stock in a wok and boil it. Add vegetables (for chicken add 10 gms chicken slices with the vegetables) and seasoning. Add soya sauce and check for seasoning and serve hot.
