How does one prepare chicken drumsticks at home?

FOR THIS you need: Chicken drumstick - 8 (cleaned), salt to taste, egg - 1, ginger-garlic paste -10 gms, white pepper to season, green chillies (chopped) - 5 gms, onion (chopped) -10 gms, coriander-5 gms, ajinomoto - 2 gms, maida - 20 gms, cornflour - 5 gms and oil for frying.

Method: Clean drumstick. Drain off excess water. Add egg, salt, ajinomoto, pepper, maida and cornflour. Mix well. Add water to make a thick batter. Add onion, chillies, coriander, ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Heat oil on low fire. Drop drumstick one by one and fry. Increase the flame and fry till drumsticks are crisp and cooked. Serve hot.
