New management institute in Tiruchi

The Carmel Chellammal Institute of Management will focus on training semi-urban and rural students in management education.

Management institutes are switching over to innovative and modern methods of learning. The new management institute in Tiruchi, Carmel Chellammal Institute of Management would focus on the industrial requirements and train students derived from semi-urban and rural areas in the different streams of management studies, its Executive Director, Reynold Rajamani claims.The new institute to be opened in February would have an initial intake of 20 for each of its six residential courses in e-business and financial, insurance, banking hospital and marketing managements.The Institute, attached to the Carmel College of Excellence in London, also assures cent per cent placement for its students in one of the leading industries in the country. Students are provided accommodation, continuous mentoring, round the clock online and library facilities, health club, facilities to learn French and Hindi and guest lectures. Also they could finish their final semester in London and receive a certificate from the London University, Mr. Reynolds added.CCIM has in its governing board a set of managers with more than a decade of experience as managers in industries. Companies, who have tie-up with the Institution, would sponsor deserving students on condition that they serve in them for a fixed period of time.
