ANU organises felicitation function campus jottings

A felicitation function was organised to honour Prof. V. Balamohan Das on his having retired as the vice-chancellor of the Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU) recently. The function was organised at the KBN College.

The speakers praised Prof. Balamohan Das as a multi-faceted personality, who took keen interest in increasing opportunities for students both in academic and career areas.

Prof. Das said that one should do service to society all the time and he had attended 1,700 meetings during his three-year tenure as the Vice-Chancellor.

TCS holds campus interviews

Tata Consultancy Services has visited Sir C. R. Reddy College of Engineering, Eluru, to hold campus interviews and recruit students. The college management has advised students to make best use of the opportunity and made all arrangements to train them to excel in the interviews. Infosys, Virtusa, Sonata and such other companies were showing keen interest to visit the college to tap the talented students. The college has got recognition from the TCS as part of its industry-academic linkages.
