By Any Means – Nepal to Vietnam

Charley bonds with an elephant that takes him through remote Nepali villages. In Kathmandu, Charley and Russ descend on a nation undergoing significant political change as the Nepalese king is deposed.

Marking the 55th anniversary of the first scaling of the Everest, the team takes a helicopter to the mountain’s foothills and meets Sir Edmund Hillary’s son, Peter. They continue their helicopter trek over the Chinese/Nepalese border, and go deep underground for a Chinese mud bath before taking in Yangshuo’s breathtaking limestone cliffs in a hot air balloon. In Vietnam, the duo visit Halong Bay to see the beauty of the Thousand Islands and meet traditional pearl makers. But, the trip sets nerves on edge as rough seas pound their speed boat, killing the engine and leaving the team stranded.

Predator CSI –X-Bear

Get ready to trek high above the Arctic Circle, on a remote Canadian island, where an American sports hunter shoots what he believes is a polar bear. He is mistaken. His Inuit guide has never seen an animal like this before.

The killing unleashes an investigation by the Canadian authorities. But none can tell exactly what he has shot.

The hunter is under threat of prosecution for a crime he says he did not commit.

With each new discovery, the mystery deepens as they try to discover the exact species of this animal.

Over There – Orphans

This is a series about an American Army unit on their first tour of duty in Iraq. In this week’s episode, the soldiers clash with a Frenchwoman who runs an orphanage where moments later a blast erupts. A young Iraqi boy has been seriously wounded. In a frantic effort to save the child’s life, Scream radios for a helicopter.

The Forgotten Refugees

It’s one of the biggest concentrations of refugees in the world. Thrown out of Bhutan almost 20 years ago, so far their plight has gone virtually unnoticed. Travel along with correspondent Amanda Burrell to know more as she travels to the camps in south east Nepal to investigate.
