CADD Centre forays into Malaysia

CHENNAI OCT. 3. CADD Centre is planning its foray into Malaysia by concluding a tie-up with Yuyasan Perak, a State-owned statutory body of Perak, Malaysia. As a first step, the company will sign a memorandum of understanding with the Malaysian interests in the presence of the Chief Minister of State of Parek, who led a delegation to meet the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu for discussing investment plans in Tamil Nadu and Malaysia.

R. Parthasarathy, Executive Director, CADD told at a presspersons here today that the company would invest $1 million in different phases in the next two years. It has planned to set up a subsidiary either jointly or separately in Malaysia depending on the success in the joint co-operation agreement for development and delivery of existing and new courses in Malaysia. Initially, the company plans training and service activities through franchisees. It proposes to focus on mid and advanced level courses. It plans to have Malaysia as the hub of all its activities in the ASEAN region.
