Asianet Dataline will provide the `Keralaonline' dial-up facility along with the computer

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Asianet Dataline - the broadband Internet division of Asianet Satellite Communication Limited - has launched the `Net and PC For All' scheme designed to provide a computer and Internet connection a package for a monthly payment. Under this scheme, subscribers pay Rs.599 a month in return for a Pentium IV computer and a broadband Net connection, along with a cable modem.

There is no down payment for this package offered in association with the ICICI Bank and HCL Infosystems. Wherever the broadband connectivity is not feasible, Asianet Dataline will provide the `Keralaonline' dial-up facility along with the computer.

Subscribers can also choose to avail of this package by making an `outright purchase.' Those choosing the monthly payment option can design their instalments in such a way that the entire payment is made in one to four years.

In addition to this, consumers who have their own PCs can download data up to 1.5 GB free for a six-month period on purchasing the cable modem.
