India 'no' to SASF meet

New Delhi March 30. India today said it will not attend the South Asian Sports Federation meeting in Islamabad next month, and called for postponement of the meet to a ``better time''.

The Indian Olympic Association president, Suresh Kalmadi, said it was not feasible ``under the present circumstances'' for him or any other Indian representative to attend the April 10-11 SASF executive council meeting which will decide on the new dates for the thrice-postponed ninth South Asian Federation (SAF) Games. — PTI
