The BMC has asked the Railways to build the new Lower Parel RO B and asked it to conduct another structural audit as a ‘second opinion’. A team comprising engineers from the Railways and BMC, and headed by the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B), had declared the ROB unsafe for vehicular traffic.
