Action will be taken on Kalakshetra issue: Stalin

Chief Minister M.K. Stalin informed the Assembly on Friday that legal action would be taken if investigation proved the charges of sexual harassment of Kalakshetra students.

“An appropriate investigation will be conducted, and if the charges are proved, appropriate legal action will be taken against whoever they may be,” he said in reply to the special calling attention motion moved by a few MLAs.

He said a team from the Revenue and Police Departments was conducting an investigation to collect more information.
