‘Advanced Green War Room’ to curb pollution launched

Delhi’s Environment Minister on Monday launched an “advanced Green War Room” to monitor air pollution and ensure effective implementation of the government’s “winter action plan”. Environment Department officials will monitor air pollution levels from the war room and coordinate with other departments to keep the Air Quality Index in check. Meanwhile, the AQI in Delhi was “moderate” on Monday and is likely to remain the same over next three days.
