With vastly bigger budgets, ISL clubs are able to afford the sort of players, staff, facilities and equipment that football in the country had largely not been used to before.
While exposure has increased for Indians with the Indian Super League, the necessary structures are still not in place, says Pune City FC player Gouramangi Singh.
