Saketh Myneni reached the third round with a 6-2, 6-1 victory over Hiroki Moriya of Japan in the $18,320 Challenger tennis tournament on Wednesday.

Ramkumar Ramanathan, too, progressed with a 6-3, 7-6(6) victory over Nam Ji Sung of Korea. Ramkumar and Brayden Schnur of Canada knocked out second seeds Jonathan Erlich and Sriram Balaji to make it to the quarterfinals.

In the ITF men’s Futures in Cairo, Anirudh Chandrasekar stunned the top seed Savriyan Danilov of Russia 6-2, 4-6, 6-1 in the fist round.
