Gajjar in quarterfinals

Rohan Gajjar defeated qualifier Marc Reyes of Italy 6-2, 6-2 to move into the quarterfinals of the $10,000 ITF men's Futures tennis tournament in Phuket, Thailand, on Wednesday.

Gajjar will meet the top-seeded Danai Udomchoke of Thailand in the quarterfinals.

However, in doubles quarterfinals, the fourth-seeded Gajjar in partnership with Christopher Rungkat of Indonesia lost 5-7, 1-6 to Victor Baluda of Russia and Jimmy Wang of Chinese Taipei.
