Denmark’s Caroline Wozniacki continues to head the latest women’s tennis rankings issued on Monday by the WTA.

In an unchanged top 10, Wozniacki leads from former number one Serena Williams and Russian Vera Zvonareva.

WTA top 10 as of October 18 (previous ranking in parenthesis): 1. (1) Caroline Wozniacki, Denmark, 7,675 2. (2) Serena Williams, United States, 6,855 points 3. (3) Vera Zvonareva, Russia, 6,165 4. (4) Venus Williams, United States, 5,715 5. (5) Kim Clijsters, Belgium, 5,325 6. (6) Francesca Schiavone, Italy, 5,035 7. (7) Jelena Jankovic, Serbia, 4,855 8.
