Purav-Sadik win Challenger doubles title

Purav Raja in partnership with Sadik Kadir of Australia won the doubles title in the $35,000 Challenger tennis tournament in Karshi, Uzbekistan.

The Indo-Australian pair defeated Andis Juska and Deniss Pavlovs of Latvia 6-3, 7-6(4) in the final to ensure 75 ATP points.

It was the first Challenger doubles title for Purav. He had, in partnership with Rohan Gajjar, had lost the Challenger final to Harsh Mankad and Ashutosh Singh in Delhi last year.
